How
to trade on the stock exchange? What is the trading
procedure on the stock exchange?
How can VGT-Broker help you? You can find out
answers to these questions by getting to know
the trading process that the VGT-Broker offers
to its clients.
|
| 1. |
Contact
the nearest VGT Broker office, or contact us, at
the Head Office, for information about the nearest
VGT-Broker office. |
| 2. |
At
your request, an employee of the VGT broker will
inform you about the current conditions on the stock
exchange |
| 3. |
You
will be identified by presenting a valid ID card
or passport. It is necessary for you to have a certified
copy of your ID card/passport. |
| 4. |
You
will sign a general brokerage agreement. The said
agreement is the basis for your further cooperation
between the brokerage house and yourself. |
| 5. |
You
will fill out and sign a request for opening of
a trading account with the Register of Securities.
In order to take part in transactions with securities
it is necessary for you to have opened a trading
account with the Register. The brokerage house manages,
on your behalf, the procedure related to opening
of the trading account. The trading account is opened
at your first transaction and it remains opened
until the end of the current year. |
| 6. |
Then,
you issue an order for purchase or sale of securities.
In fact, this order is a written statement of your
wishes at trading. The order, among other things,
indicates which securities concretely you wish to
trade with as well as the price and the amount of
securities you wish to trade. |
| 7. |
Once
you have issued the order, the brokerage house immediately
forwards that order onto the stock exchange and
keeps you posted about execution of your order,
or possible reasons why the order cannot be executed. |
| 8. |
In
the case your order has been executed, the brokerage
house informs you that you will receive your money
(if it was a sale order) at you bank or at the brokerage
house’s teller counter; or (if it was a purchase
order) that your newly-acquired securities will
be registered with the Register of Securities. |
